If you provide your phone number and opt in, Hawaii Equity Management LLC may send you text messages regarding your revenue estimate request, property management services, scheduling, and related follow-up, as well as booking and guest-service communications where applicable. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Share Information

• Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, scheduling, customer support, cleaning and maintenance coordination, and analytics. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
• Listing platforms: when you book through or are referred from a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or Vrbo), information necessary to complete and manage your reservation is exchanged with that platform, and your information is also subject to that platform’s own privacy policy.
• Property owners and guests: information reasonably necessary to coordinate a stay or manage a property (for example, sharing guest check-in details with on-site staff).

The above sharing excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. We do not share or sell personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize returning visitors, remember preferences, and measure traffic and usage through analytics tools (including Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager).
