No! Your property is yours and you’re welcome to stay on any available dates. However, we don’t allow canceling an existing guest’s stay for an owner’s stay. Just let us know in advance so we can block dates or you can block the dates yourself via the owner portal. We don't charge any fees for an owner stay.

Our management fee is flat percent of booking revenue BEFORE taxes, cleaning fees or other fees paid by the guest. We dont charge any mark ups on supplies or maintenance and have no hidden fees like marketing fees. In fact, we cover the cost of professional listing pictures for your listing! Contact us for a specific quote.

Yes - we share a monthly report with all the reservation details and total booking revenue for the month. This will be emailed to you but is available for reference in an owner portal as well.

We are a full service property management company meaning we cover everything from creating the listing, marketing, revenue management to 24/7 guest communication, cleaner management, maintenance management and more!

Currently, we focus primarily on serving Maui.
